I love love love these! After leaning out from 345 lbs to 164 lbs?. I am so sick of shakes, bars and plastic food! This is the real enchilada, baby, literally! Whether a breakfast scramble wrap, a morning protein snack, an afternoon vegan/veggie/hummus wrap or a nighttime hazelnut/pnut butter wrap! These are THE BOMB!!!!!!

Casserole dish as if lasagna noodles and last layer - Egglife- Italian sausage- marinara sauce- cheese and bake!! Made it 3 times already and can freeze for portion control!??
